Refund Policy – Tattoo Booking Deposits & Services


At animetattooguy.com , we value your time and our artist’ schedule. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for tattoo appointment deposits and service-related refunds. By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Tattoo Appointment Deposits (Non-Refundable)

All tattoo bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit confirms your commitment and helps compensate the artist for time spent preparing custom designs. Deposits are credited toward your final tattoo cost.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment date.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: Your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

  • No-shows or repeated rescheduling may result in the loss of booking privileges.

3. Refunds for Prepaid Services

Prepaid tattoo sessions and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person with prior approval. Custom design fees, consultations, and completed tattoo services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.

4. Service Satisfaction

Due to the artistic and permanent nature of tattooing, refunds are not provided for completed tattoos. If you have concerns about the healed result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss touch-up eligibility.

5. Cancellations by the Studio

If your appointment is canceled by us due to artist availability, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date at your choice.
